I got like 20 fault codes on my M+ Sport when trying to start my NIU after the winter. It started with fault code 140, then 120 showed up, along with 00, 02 and whatnot.

The display also showed an area of black pixels at the top of the screen.

Took it to a dealer and after several days, they ended up replacing the dashboard (800$), the motor control unit (450$) and throttle handle (17$).

Luckily they got it covered by warranty (excellent service by the way), but I no longer trust the build quality whatsoever! IP65? Yeah right. And no, I didn’t go diving with it, I have never washed it with high pressure water (actually never washed it…) and I don’t live in the UK with large amounts of rain. I live In Sweden.

From now on I will store it inside all year around and bring a cover wherever I go in my top box, but this is not what I expected from this brand.

Has anyone else similar experiences, please share!
