Hi guys,
Could really use some help with my N Series which I collected yesterday.
II had a fabulous ride home from the dealer who sold it to me. Downloaded the app when I got home, scanned the code from the manual and up came my scooter. Went to go out on it later in the evening and on unlocking the bike the hazards began to flash and seconds later the alarm sounded. This is happening every time on lock and unlock. And each time the app reports unauthorised movement, yet it is registered to me. II have tried unbinding in app, disconnecting battery but nothing works. My dealer is now not open for 48 hours and even when they are open I cannot ride it to them because it will not start.
Any ideas appreciated.
