Battery just cut-out when starting off

Hi All,

I have a Niu N-series sport.

It’s a little over two years old (warranty literally ran out 1 week ago 😡 😥 ).

I started it, was just driving off and then it cut out and my phone told me the battery had been disconnected.

Is this a known problem and does anyone know some basic tests I can do or something to remedy this? Seems like the battery pack has failed 🙁  (really hope not though!).

Battery score is 85. Charge was 75% or so.
